These landscapes represent my latest work, particularly the cloudscapes. I think its a natural progression to want to explore the ' Big Picture' and apply all I have learnt in close studies. But here I have the added opportunity to explore atmosphere and movement. I have an ongoing fascination with the physical and emotional sensation of being outdoors. I try to bring these added layers to these works with the intention of allowing the viewer to 'experience' the landscape.
